CASE:

We were engaged by a local leader in the automotive industry to help with their telecommunication challenges.

The customer was using outdated telephone technology and lacking ongoing service and support.  They were also looking for improved communications for internal staff, as well as improved call routing for their customers.

SOLUTION:

KELCOM provided an IP solution offering advanced integration using both IP and Digital technology.  This allowed the customer to take full advantage of their existing cabling infrastructure, saving them the expense of new cabling.  In addition, they utilized KELCOM's VoIP service and took advantage of advanced call routing features with Direct Dial numbers and the option of routing calls directly to their cell phones.  KELCOM provided them an advanced phone line solution offering redundancy, call fail-over, and advanced call routing, all while reducing their current monthly costs. 

VOICE: Customer switched their voice services to a combination of KELCOM traditional (PRI) and digital (VoIP) lines that provided savings, redundancy, and reliability.

TELEPHONY: MITEL IP telephone system was utilized on the existing cable infrastructure, thus dramatically reducing initial costs.
