VOICE: Customer switched their voice services to a combination of KELCOM traditional (PRI) and digital (VoIP) lines that provided savings, redundancy, and reliability.
TELEPHONY: MITEL IP telephone system was utilized on the existing cable infrastructure, thus dramatically reducing initial costs.
