Telecommunications and IP Networking Specialist
Position tailored for the individual experienced in:
· Voice telecommunications
· IP networking and protocols
· VoIP applications, Unified Communications and Messaging
· Converged platforms
· Implementation of multisite communication platforms
· CTI and Call Centre applications
· Voice and IP networking administration and troubleshooting
· LAN and voice communication infrastructure
Strong working knowledge of VoIP, Voice and IP networks, as well as Converged and unified communication platforms, flow-charting and MS Office applications is a must. Certifications from different software and hardware manufacturers such as Microsoft, AVAYA, MITEL, CISCO, etc. would be an asset for both positions.

Position is ideal for individual with interpersonal skills and experience in:
· Software installation and configuration
· Application integration
· Voice and IP networking administration and troubleshooting
· Customer support
· Training curriculum creation and implementation

Certifications from different software and hardware manufacturers such as Microsoft, AVAYA, MITEL, CISCO, etc. would be an asset for both positions.
